When it comes to infrastructures, such as aviation, port infrastructures, railway or road networks, also in these cases the power generators have an important role to play. It is one of the sectors that presents the highest level of demand, both due to its characteristics, as well as for the adjacent safety needs.
In this context, the application of gensets can be for emergency use or for continuous operation, and therefore they present distinct challenges according to this objective. In addition, in most cases, they are also characterized by:
- offering high autonomy, due to the fact that they can be supplied with large fuel tanks;
- having great reliability in the supply and start-up of the generator;
- allowing remote management of the equipment;
- being adjusted to adverse climatic conditions, since in many cases they are applied in areas with high levels of humidity or accentuated thermal variations.
